When we took it on

The owners had managed the row themselves for thirty years and wanted to stop taking the calls. We inherited nine good tenants, paper leases and a shoebox of receipts.

How it runs today

All nine leases sit on one renewal calendar. The roofs were recoated in 2023 as a single job, which cost a third less than doing them house by house.
