When we took it on

Five of the eighteen apartments were empty and the boiler had failed in February. We had temporary heat in within 48 hours and a new boiler by April.

Seventeen of eighteen are rented. The building has its own reserve, topped up from rent each month, so the next boiler is already paid for.
