About
A manager that answers the phone. From one office on Pine Street since 2011.

We started with one building on Lombard Street and a promise to its owner: you will never have to chase us.
Fifteen years later the promise is the same and the method has hardly changed. Each building has one named manager. Rent is collected on the 1st and paid out on the 5th. Repairs are billed at cost. Every number we report has a receipt behind it.
We stay small on purpose. Ten buildings is what four people can know properly.
97.5%
of our 400 homes are occupied today
11 days
to rent a vacant home, on average last year
99.1%
of rent collected by the 5th of the month
4 hours
median time from a repair call to a booked trade
Four people you can name. Each building has one of them as its manager.

Three rules we do not bend. They are the reason owners stay.
One manager per building
You have a name and a direct line, not a queue. If your manager is away, the director covers.
Costs at cost
Trades bill what they bill. We add nothing to a repair and take nothing from a supplier.
Numbers you can check
Every figure on your statement has a receipt behind it, and you can ask for any of them.
