An empty apartment earns nothing, so leasing starts the day a tenant gives notice, not the day they leave. We photograph, list and show the home while it is still occupied wherever the lease allows.
How we choose a tenant
Every applicant is checked the same way: credit, income of three times the rent, and two landlord references we call ourselves. You see the shortlist and the reasons. The decision is yours if you want it.
