We inspect at move-in, at move-out, and twice a year in between. Each visit produces dated photographs of every room and a short list of what needs doing.
Why twice a year
A slow leak found in April is a plumber’s visit. The same leak found at move-out is a new ceiling. The inspections pay for themselves most years.
